On February 3, 2008 Jazz Night gave their OK for archive.org:
"Hi Etree,
I am a member of a small jazz combo, "Jazz Night", from Grinnell, Iowa. We'd like to get some of our live shows out on the net and feel that archive.org would be a prime outlet. I suppose this the official "go-ahead" to archive our stuff for public, non-commercial, royalty-free download.
